IN THE WIND art collective will be set up and ready for business on Thursday, September 20th, 10:00-4:00 in the Winter Garden Café, that’s the café on the second floor of the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre.
These artisans have it all, from poetry to photography to jewelry. But not to forget acrylic painters, paper folders, and the silversmith.
